The Dallas Cowboys – led by Dak Prescott, Dez Bryant, and Ezekiel Elliott – traveled to Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on Sunday, October 16, 2016 to play against Aaron Rodgers, Eddie Lacy, Clay Matthews, and the rest of the Green Bay Packers.

Cowboys coach Jason Garrett once said that “The coaches I hate in my life were the guys who allowed me to be as mediocre as mediocre can be. The guys I love to this very day -- they rode my ass every day. They grinded me. It was hard. They made me better.” And everybody will perhaps agree that Garrett has certainly able to adopt the leadership skills and management style of his most looked up coaches.

Taking it from their head coach’s philosophies, the Cowboys has set such standard that it takes absolutely no talent to hustle or compete, it’s the team’s commitment and skills. With that in mind, rookie Dak Prescott threw for 247 yards and three touchdowns on 18 of 27 passes while each player forced four turnovers. All these efforts paid off in a 30-16 victory over the Green Bay Packers and their dysfunctional offense during this huge matchup.

Stunning the Packers fans, Prescott exhibited poise in the fourth quarter while marching the Cowboys on a seven-play, leading the team (5-1) to their fifth straight triumph. The Green Bay Packers, on the other hand, dropped to 2-3.

More so, Ezekiel Elliott who once again slashed an opposing defense by running for 157 yards on 28 carries, having at least 134 yards in four consecutive games, the Dallas totaled 191 on 33 carries behind a superior offensive line.

Needless to say, the Packers also showed their intense might and desire to win, having Aaron Rodgers to complete 31 of 42 passes for 294 yards with a touchdown pass to Randall Cobb and an interception.

However, it’s really like there should only be one team to rule the game. And for this football match up, the Cowboys nailed it.

And as the Packers defensive tackle Mike Daniels said “When you're playing against a good team like that, you can't give them an inch [or] they'll take it a mile. And as you saw, that's what happened to this game.” Well-said, dude.

Undeniably, Dallas has bumped Green Bay's league-best run defense.

Seattle Seahawks vs. New England Patriots Highlight/Review Week 2016 NFL

That seven-point lead by the Seattle Seahawks over New England Patriots took the Super Bowl fans by storm on Sunday Night Football, November 13, 2016. Outscoring the Patriots, the Seahawks’ defense has once again lived up to its reputation as they paved way for some dramatic goal line stand in just the final seconds of the game.

The team didn’t find it hard to get that intense motivating factor everyone needed to win the game and finally reigned in the Seahawks vs Patriots highlights for 2016. In their 31-24 road victory, it was actually their first time to battle with New England since its Super Bowl in February of 2015.

What actually happened?

It seemed that the Patriots could have actually tied the game easily if they had scored a touchdown. The Seahawks, on the other hand, attempted the more difficult play that the Patriots would have had to attempt if only the former had just taken their easy one point.

Everyone was actually confused and even Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was caught by the NBC cameras asking the same question just like everybody else, “Why is he going for two?” as the Seahawks lined up for the play.

Apparently, Pete Carroll’s rationale had to be that the coach wanted to force the Patriots to try to win the game on two separate possessions. Being up eight points simply meant that the Patriots could still tie the game on one possession. This is entirely reasonable, especially with time dwindling.

“We wanted to see if we could put it out of reach, make it a two-score deal,” Carroll said to confirm theories and analyses after the game.

Since this could literally be a “do or die” decision for the coach as it could have totally been a wrong move for the Seahawks, this has become one of the Seahawks vs Patriots game highlights. True enough, they escaped with a win, but not before the Patriots drove all the way to the 1-yard line. If Rob Gronkowski had been able to haul in Tom Brady’s fourth down pass attempt, there might have been a lot of anger definitely directed at Pete Carroll after that epic battle.

Cooking Spaghetti alla Carbonara: Simple Recipe

Ingredients

3 large free-range egg yolks

40 g Parmesan cheese, plus extra to serve

sea salt

freshly ground black pepper

1 x 150g piece of higher-welfare pancetta

200g spaghetti

1 clove of garlic, peeled

extra virgin olive oil



Method

Put the egg yolks into a bowl, finely grate in the Parmesan, season with pepper, then mix well with a fork and put to one side. Cut any hard skin off the pancetta and set aside, then chop the meat.

Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, rub the pancetta skin, if you have any, all over the base of a medium frying pan (this will add fantastic flavour, or use 1 tablespoon of oil instead), then place over a medium-high heat. Crush the garlic clove with the palm of your hand, add it to the pan and leave it to flavour the fat for a minute. Stir in the pancetta, then cook for 4 minutes, or until it starts to crisp up.

Pick out and discard the garlic from the pan, then, reserving some of the cooking water, drain and add the spaghetti. Toss well over the heat so it really soaks up all that lovely flavour, then remove the pan from the heat. Add a splash of the cooking water and toss well, season with pepper, then pour in the egg mixture – the pan will help to cook the egg gently, rather than scrambling it. Toss well, adding more cooking water until it’s lovely and glossy. Serve with a grating of Parmesan and an extra twist of pepper.

TIP: Use ready-sliced quality pancetta if you can’t buy it in one piece. It’s traditional to use spaghetti in this recipe, but bucatini or rigatoni are just as good.

And if you are using a mobile data connection, watching those old favourites time and again can quickly put you over your allowance. The solution is to download YouTube videos to your Android device for offline viewing. Here's how.

If one of the things for which you enjoy using your Android phone or Android tablet is to watch YouTube, the need to be in range of a Wi-Fi hotspot can be a pain. And if you are using a mobile data connection, watching those old favourites time and again can quickly put you over your allowance. The solution is to download YouTube videos to your Android device for offline viewing. We'll also show you how to download YouTube to an iPad or iPhone, and how to download YouTube to a PC or laptop.

We originally wrote this article a couple of years ago, and some readers are now complaining that the TubeMate app we detail here is no longer working for them. We checked it out on our Samsung Galaxy S6 and found that a new version of the app is available, which works just fine, so it may be that you simply need to download the new version (note that because this app is sideloaded you won't get app update notifications for it from Google Play).

Note that in publishing this tutorial we do not advocate the downloading of copyrighted videos, and in our examples are using only the videos on our own PC Advisor YouTube channel.

Also note that because our Samsung Galaxy S6 runs the TouchWiz UI, some of our screenshots will look a little different to your own experience, although the steps are the same on any Android phone or tablet.

Download YouTube to an Android phone or Android tablet

Step 1. Several free apps are available that let you download YouTube videos to your Android phone or Android tablet. We like TubeMate, but unsurprisingly you won't find it at Google Play. Head to tubemate.net on your phone or tablet's browser and click to download version 2.2.5 from one of the list of verified sites. We chose the first option: Android Freeware. The link will take you directly to the download page; click on the large Install app button, then click OK when your device warns you that the file you are downloading can harm your device. (It won't harm your device, but you will get this notification any time you download an app installer file outside of Google Play.) See Android Advisor.

Step 2. By default, Android won't let you install software from sources other than Google Play. Tap Settings, Security (on our S6 it's in Lock screen and security), then enable the option to allow installation from Unknown sources. Tap Ok to the warning. Remember to reverse this setting following the installation of TubeMate.

Step 3. Now you're ready to install TubeMate. You should be able to access the downloaded .apk file from your drop-down notification bar; if you've already cleared the notification then you'll need to use a File Manager if you don't have a direct link to your Downloads folder. For peace of mind you might want to use a security app such as Lookout to scan the file before you install it, otherwise you can simply tap on the notification to begin the installation.

Step 4. TubeMate will prompt you to agree to certain permissions (tap Next on the first screen, then Install). When the installation is complete tap Open. The latest version of TubeMate lets you make use of a Fast Download Mode that uses both Wi-Fi and a 3G/4G mobile connection to download your video faster. It's up to you whether or not you enable this option (although if you have a limited data allowance it may be best not to); you can always change your mind later in TubeMate's Preferences menu.

Step 5. When TubeMate first launches you'll find a selection of videos on the home screen, and can use the Search option to browse more YouTube videos. From the Settings menu (three dots icon) you can also access a playlist option.

Step 6. Find a video you want to download and select it. At the top of the screen you'll see a green arrow - tap this. TubeMate will offer you a range of download-quality options, and which you will choose will depend on the speed of your device, your internet connection, and how much storage you have. There is also a Download as MP3 option if you want only the audio and not the video (for music videos, for example). Select the option you want and press the Download button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 7. Once your YouTube video has downloaded you'll see a notification in the drop-down bar at the top of the screen. If you tap on this the TubeMate app will open. You can swipe in from the right side of the screen to access your downloaded videos, or you can use the three dots icon at the top right and select Download List. Then you simply need to tap on the video to begin playing it.

Step 8. Should you need the video file itself, perhaps for loading on to another device, you'll find videos are automatically saved to your device and visible within the Gallery or a file manager app (look in the Video folder). If you want to move the file elsewhere, tap the three dots icon next to the video in the Playlist and choose Move to. Select a save location and press Ok.
